Customers within New Zealand are eligible to exchange goods within 3 days of purchase.
Goods will only be exchanged if the item is unworn and original tags are still in place.
Shipping costs back to Adorno are the responsibility of the customer unless returning faulty goods.
An order placed through our website will ship the same or next day. If a cancellation is made before
your purchase has been shipped you will incur an administration fee of $50.00. If your order has
already been shipped our standard returns policy will apply.
Please contact us via the form below if you intend to return an item. Store credit will last for 6 months.
Sale items
There is no exchange or refund on sale items.
International customers
Unfortunately we are unable to exchange goods sent outside New Zealand.
Faulty goods
Should your purchase be faulty in any way we will do our best to repair, replace or refund the faulty item.
