The Adorno website shares the same inventory as our two physical stores - Adorno and the Stockroom. We apologise if we cannot fulfil your order due to items selling in store. If we are unable to fulfil any part of your order we will contact you promptly to offer an exchange, refund or alternative option.
We make every endeavour to display the colour of our products accurately. However, the colours that you see will depend on your monitor and your settings; and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Inaccuracies and errors
The Adorno website may contain information that is incomplete or out of date. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions; cancel orders; and to change or update information without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Please be careful when you enter your email address and phone number at the checkout, as we need to be able to contact you in the event of any difficulty arising with your order. We keep your details confidential and will only contact you on matters relating to your order, unless you elect to join our mailing list at the checkout. If we are given incorrect details we cannot guarantee that we will be able to deliver your order.
Placing an order
When you ("the customer") place an order with Adorno, you are making an offer to buy goods. Adorno will send you a an e-mail to confirm it has received your order. Once Adorno has checked the price and availability of the goods, Adorno will e-mail you again to confirm that it accepts your order, which indicates that a contract has been made between the two parties. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.
An order is placed on our website via adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes giving us delivery and billing details for your order, entering payment information and submitting your order. The final step is the confirmation of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order. We will also e-mail you with confirmation of your order.
Adorno reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to be placed for commercial purposes, e.g. any kind of reseller.
